Walk-through staging consultation
This is a one hour consultation of an occupied home which is getting ready to be listed. We will walk through with homeowner and discuss ways to enhance the home (with the homeowner’s current furnishings/decor) and devise a home-owner action plan. Services range from paint color suggestions, organizing and decluttering tips, furniture arrangement, general update suggestions and more. This is a very popular service for realtors who would like some assistance with getting a home ready to list.

Property Staging of an empty or occupied home
A well staged home accentuates a home’s strengths and creates a wow factor that makes buyers want to buy a home. Think of it as investment! (You will normally see a full return on the cost of staging because your home will sell faster and many times for more money) My rates vary based on sq. footage, number of rooms staged, and the furniture items used (ex.furniture, area rugs, art, decor, and accessories).
